There’s no setup necessary! To get started, just create your instance and begin inviting your members/users to your new online community portal.
We don’t nickel and dim you — you can create an unlimited number of Groupings, Audience Segments, Events, Products, Orders or Files.

Each tier includes monthly messaging credits for email and SMS texts. The higher the tier you select, the more credits you receive per user.

Yes — every instance enables you to send a one-way SMS text to any user, no matter where they live. Each SMS to the US or Canada is 10 message credits; international is 50 message credits.
Yes — higher tiers have a lower online payments processing fee. You can also offset payment processing fees by setting surcharges based on the user’s payment method.
Data storage scales based on the number of users. The higher the tier you select, the more storage you have per user.
All tiers can scale with your community as it grows — there are no limits! You will be charged every 30 days based on the number of users in your instance.
Every tier includes branding options ranging from custom login screens, displaying your organization’s logo in email messages, and custom URL/domains. We can also support 3rd party API integrations — book a demo to discuss!
