No, there’s no setup necessary! To get started, just create your instance and begin inviting your member users to your new community portal.
Yes, higher tiers have a lower online payments processing fee. You can also offset payment processing fees by setting surcharges based on the user’s payment method.

Paid tiers include plenty of monthly email and SMS message credits — up to 5x message credits per user.
For example, if you have 500 users in a paid tier, you can send up to 2,500 emails or SMS texts every 30 days! The Starter tier is limited to only 2x per user.

Paid tiers include a generous number of small groups — 1 grouping for every 5 users. For example, if you have 500 users in a paid tier, you can create up to 100 groupings! The Starter tier is limited to a 1:10 ratio.

Paid tiers include ample data storage — 10 MB per user. For example, if you have 500 users in a paid license tier, your instance can store up to 5,000 MB of data! The Starter tier is limited to only 5 MB per user.

All tiers can scale with your community as it grows! All along the way, we provide robust user management tools, including custom user types to match your organization’s needs (e.g. members, alumni, prospects, spouses).
